What a great day this Saturday was for M Gymkhana® Rounds 3 & 4 of the Fall Championship and the MGX® Day Session at CSLA!!!
The rain held off all day long, and the weather helped keep the riders and bikes cool as well. Cloud cover gave the tarmac a little less grip then desired, but riders made a few adjustments to the conditions as the day went along.
John Kestler brought out a really nice PA system which helped the day go by a bit smoother with the music pumping out and gave us an opportunity to announce start times for the walk-thru and competitions. In December Tony will be able to annouce the attack times keeping the riders up-to-date on the times that they’ll be looking at bettering. The championship is turning into a “2 dog race” and is getting tighter at the top. The last 2 rounds will be crucial in settling the matter of top dog with only 2 points seperating the top 2 riders. Seems like “Chuck Woolery” will have to annouce the next event, because it seems like it’s going to come down to “Two and Two”! (yes I’m old enough to remember Love Connection)
